Children come to me for one hour's tuition per week. I set a small amount of homework, which if you are able to return it to me, I can mark before the next lesson so that we are able to review it and make best use of the tuition time.

I work with each child on areas where they need some one-to-one attention. Class sizes at school make it difficult for a child to have the individual attention needed to explain new concepts.

This extra help makes classroom learning so much more meaningful and enjoyable for the child, giving them the confidence they need. The modern curriculum is so intense it is often difficult for the child to ask for more explanation.
